Returns and Cancellation PolicyWe would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we do understand that sometimes items need to be returned or you have simply changed your mind.
We are here to help you to make this process as easy as possible.
In the event that you wish to return your purchase, please inform us in writing within 7 (seven) Business days from your original purchase date and return the products with 14 (fourteen) days of your original purchase.
Your refund will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation received.
This excludes any bespoke orders, orders / items made to the customers own specifications, perishable goods and Magazines, here we reserve the right to not accept returns.
The cancellation of a purchase has to be presented to us in writing in the time detailed above, either by e-mail or letter, phone cancellations are not accepted.
The full purchase price will be refunded to you, however returns postage ( the postage you pay to return the items back to us) will only be refunded in the case the products were damaged in transit or faulty and not fit for the purpose they were intended for.
If you wish to exchange a product for another item in our store, please let us know.
Under the DSRs consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them and we ask you to return your purchase with the original packaging, unopened (if applicable) and unused.
The consumer must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the returned goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit.
Please ensure the goods you wish to return are returned withing 14 working days.

DeliveryDelivery Schedule
We aim to despatch most online orders within 7 working days (subject to stock availability and bespoke item schedule as outlined below).
For bespoke items, products that will be made to order, our delivery time is 30 days to allow for manufacturing. Should we not be able to meet this delivery time, we will contact you to inform you of this and you have the option of cancellation of your purchase, where a full refund will be made to you.
We no longer provide Paper Product Catalogues.
The more popular lines and products may involve a longer dispatch time, but we will always keep you informed of the progress of your order.
We will inform you as soon as possible if we find that an item you have order is out of stock and let you know when it is due to be back in stock.

A note to our international customers:
Various items/ products cannot be sent internationally due to very stringent custom regulations, i.e. Liquids, Powders, Herbs, Raisins, Plant/Organic material. These products are clearly marked within our website as excluded from international shipping ( marked as "UK only")
Our wooden items, i.e. Spirit Boards, can be oredered for international despatch, however some countries (especially Australia) have extremely stringent import and custom regulations. We do include on the custom label what the board is made of and how it has been treated by us (i.e., treated, varnished and waxed) and include a note inside the parcel as well. This may, however not be sufficient for some countries and we regretfully cannot give any refunds, if the Board gets seized by customs and/or destroyed.
Registered Post
If you require your goods to be sent to you by Special Recorded Delivery (Next Day Signed for Service) or Overseas Registered Post, then please add £4.50 to your order. For Overseas customers, please add £5.00 or $10.00 US for International Signed for postage.
